CITES SC78
The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) is an international agreement that regulates trade in wild animal and plant species. The 78th meeting of the CITES Standing Committee (SC78) will take place from 3 – 8 February 2025 in Geneva.
At SC78, Parties to CITES will discuss pressing conservation issues facing threatened species around the world, and EIA campaigners will be in Switzerland to advocate for protections for some of the world’s most at-risk species.
