    FEEDBACK, CONCERNS, AND REPORTING ABOUT EIA

    EIA is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency in our work. We have established designated channels for individuals and organizations to report concerns in good faith. Reports submitted through these channels will be appropriately reviewed by designated representatives and handled with due consideration, care, and confidentiality. 

    EIA maintains channels for providing feedback, concerns, and whistleblower reports. These channels are intended to address serious matters related to possible misconduct by the organization or any of its employees, such as breaches of organizational policies, environmental or human rights violations, misuse of assets, discrimination, harassment, or other serious violations of laws or regulations. General feedback or questions can be directed to EIA through the Contact Us webform above or by sending an email to [email protected].

    Email [email protected], noting in the subject line “Confidential Communication.” Such communications will be handled by the EIA Executive Director, Finance and Operations Officer, and Legal Counsel.

    Send a Letter to P.O. Box 53343, Washington, DC 20009. Please address the correspondence to “EIA Executive Director c/o Finance and Operations Officer” and mark the letter as “Confidential Communication.”

    EIA has a no-retaliation policy for any report of suspected incidents of misconduct made in good faith. EIA reserves the right to review and conduct its own internal investigation into any reports of possible misconduct by its employees and to address any instances of misconduct in accordance with applicable U.S. law. Knowingly submitting false or misleading information, however, will not be tolerated.
