2025 Impact Snapshot

In 2025, the Environmental Investigation Agency US continued to prove that bold action and relentless investigation can drive lasting change.

Across five campaigns, our investigators, researchers, and advocates drove accountability for environmental crime, advanced transparency and traceability reforms, and built coalitions for systemic change. From exposing illegal timber and mercury trafficking networks to shaping global action on ocean noise and on super-pollutant emissions, EIA’s work this year turned evidence into impact.
